All payments are made into our South African bank account. We use a South African account because our trusted suppliers are based in South Africa and paying locally ensures faster, secure and hassle-free transactions. This setup allows us to negotiate directly, confirm availability and coordinate delivery efficiently on your behalf. You will always see the full agreed price, including delivery, with no hidden fees. 

Refunds are handled directly by the supplier and each supplier has their own refund and return policies. Since we act as the sourcing agent, we coordinate and communicate on your behalf, but we do not control supplier refund decisions. In the event a refund is approved by the supplier, the funds will first be released back into our South African account and we will then transfer them to you. We always provide full details of supplier policies upfront so you know what to expect before confirming any order.
